Smita Vora
is a Solicitor and Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department
of Krishna & Saurastri. Her practice areas include IP
litigation, banking, SEBI, FEMA corporate related issues,
arbitration at Mumbai Stock Exchange, conveyance and property.
Her expertise includes litigation, drafting, and negotiations
and she has argued various intellectual property law matters
in the High Court.
Ms. Vora holds a Masters Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Organic Chemistry. She was a professor in K.C. Law
College, Mumbai, Sydenham College of Economics and Commerce,
Mumbai and Advani Law College, Mumbai. She has edited a book
on corporate law written by Professor Nilima Chandaramani.
She is a member of Incorporated Law Society, Mumbai. Ms. Vora
is registered with the Bar Council of India.
