Smera Sebastian Elenjickal is a Trade Marks Attorney and Managing Associate at Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP. She advises and counsels clients on the management of trade mark portfolios. Her practice areas include trade mark clearance searches, trade mark filings and trade mark opposition proceedings of Indian trademarks. Her practice areas also include trade mark clearance searches, trade mark filings and trade mark opposition proceedings for foreign registration across the globe. She also advises on International application proceedings through Madrid system. Earlier she worked as Examiner of Trade Marks, Govt. of India. Government of India's regulating authority for the registration and the allied activities of trademarks. She has also worked as Senior Executive Legal & HRD with a reputed building company which is part of a group of seven well known real estate companies in western and central Mumbai. She has also worked as an advocate at High court of Kerala and family courts in Kerala. Smera holds B.A.L and LL.B degrees from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala and LL.M from Mumbai University.
